1. Where are your products made?
Our pieces are crafted in small batches in Ottawa Ontario. 

2. What makes Saddle & Roam different from other equestrian brands?
Our products are inspired by traditional equestrian aesthetics and created with riders in mind. Every piece balances style, function, and a love of equestrian life.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship across Canada, Europe, and select international destinations. Shipping rates and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. We are not currently shipping to the United States given current issues with duties needing to be pre-paid - but we are working to resolve this!

4. How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow 3–5 business days for items to be produced and shipped. Custom or pre-order items may take longer, and estimated delivery times will be shared on the product page. 

5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. See Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

6. How do I care for my leather goods?
Leather, like horses, appreciates care and attention. Wipe down with a soft cloth after use, condition periodically with a leather balm, and avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. We include a care card with every order, and there is also a Workshop Journal entry with more details for you.

7. Are your products sustainable?
We believe in slow fashion and quality over quantity. Our leather is sourced from responsible tanneries, our production runs are small to minimize waste, and our pieces are built to last for years—not seasons.

8. Do you offer custom work or personalization?
Not at this time. But if you have a product you are yearning for, please send an email about it! We're always open to hearing about what customers need.

Our products are for anyone who loves timeless equestrian style and thoughtful design—whether you ride, or simply want pieces that carry a hint of equestrian charm into your daily life.
