Return & Exchange Policy

At Saddle & Roam, we craft each piece with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your order, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at hello@saddleandroam.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we’ll gladly exchange the item, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and either repair, replace, or refund the items

Shipping Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
